Some new changes! Primarily, the site is now hosted at a custom domain. Took a bit of finagling to get it all set up, but here we are! Still haven't changed the font yet...

Making this post so I can preserve the format of the website and so I don't have to go around hunting for the divider when I need to find it next. Also if I have any more thoughts about this then I'll put them here. Oh yeah, posts are going to be reverse chronological. Unsure what I'll do when I get to a certain length... maybe just toss them all on a separate archive page?

Typefaces have been one of my longest-running minor interests, ever since I had to start writing papers for school and pavloved myself into despising Times New Roman. I've always been a Georgia kinda guy. Cambria is pretty good too. But my favourite font has been, for a long time, Nanum Myeongjo. It's actually a Korean font, and isn't made for English, but god, it's beautiful. That's to say, unless it clashes too much, changing the font is at the top of my to do list (see right)

Yo. Made this website for a few reasons, the biggest being that, well, I had two hours to kill. I'm going to try to keep this as something of a central repository for my art. You probably don't know like 95% of what I do. I honestly can't tell if I make it difficult to find all my stuff on purpose. I think the answer is yes? Anyways, my purposes with this blog are such:
  1. Make a place to find all of my art
  2. Have a slightly more private place to talk longform
  3. Use social media less
Not necessarily in that order, I guess. Also, it's been years since I taught myself HTML to make my first neocities, and I've forgotten all I learned. So, I'm just pulling stuff from the internet. No shame in it, I guess, but this theme doesn't have other layouts/formats for like, blog posts and stuff, and as someone who's very aesthetically minded, I really don't want two clashing pages. I'll see what I can do.
